Early on, I felt the need to understand a project as a whole. For me, simply executing a task was never enough. I needed to understand its objectives, its rationale, and the steps ahead. This way of thinking still guides everything I do today.

A six-year commitment to the Canadian Armed Forces, culminating in the rank of Sergeant.

This experience instilled in me discipline, rigor, a sense of honour, respect for responsibility, and a strong team spirit. These values ​​continue to guide everything I do today.

For four years, I worked in labour relations, where I was responsible for leading collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of the union.

This role immersed me daily in an environment where analyzing facts, ensuring the quality of documents, negotiating, and finding solutions were integral parts of the job.

It strengthened my analytical skills, my rigor, my negotiation skills, and my ability to assess the consequences of each decision. I also gained a deep understanding of the importance of rigorous documentation, precise writing, methodical archiving, and document organization that allows for the accurate reconstruction of the chronology of events.
